Hi, Im new and am still learning about 7 cups. I dont know what I am doing really and my mental state isnt helping me any. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to help me?

Hi, I'm not doing so hot.
I'd like to find ways to curb my anxiety. Reading about other people getting help and comfort helps me just genuinely feel better, so this kind of organization just really makes sense for me.
I kinda ranted on the Anxiety group check-in. And I don't really feel up to doing it again at the moment.
I hope your guys's days are all at least a little better than mine have been lately.
Oh wait! I wanted to end all of my posts & comments with Disney quotes for people to guess. So I'll have to do two. One for my post and one for this comment. Okay...

Thanks for this: So to answer the questions -
1) I'm doing ok(ish), moods very fluctuant but if you read about my history on my bio you may get a sense of why, everything is still like fresh new wounds, but being here helps, probably more than anyone, anywhere ever has.
2) I achieved the first part by becoming a Listener, within 9 days I'm awaiting a result to hopefully be verified and am almost becoming a Room Supporter, my goals are mod, mentor, community leader and ATL
3) I am new, but I'm only new in a sense of this account, my previous account was removed because I thought it was the best thing to do due to me needing emergency mental health care, so building myself up from the bottom, all the goals in "2" are what I had on my old account and I'd really like to get there again so that I can grow and develop.

If you plant a good seed, it will get good strong roots, and gradually over time, it will grow into strong, beautiful and magnificent things
@theriverissinging i have been dealing with alot of depression here lately.
Hi im new. i'm 14 and have a lot of physical health problems that has impacted on my mental health. I was born with no legs, had a stroke at age 6 which has left me blind in one eye and unable to talk. I also have a condition which makes me unable to eat so am fed through a gastric tube. I try keep my spirits up but it does get hard to stay positive all the time especially when people stare at me or say mean things. Hope to make some friends on here

Not so great today, but I am here.
I guess I was just looking for someone who will listen to me. Often times my conversations are one way and my concerns are not addressed. If someone talks to me, they do not listen. I get answers that make NO sense to my concern, people walk away from me in the middle of my sentences, they only hear half of what I say (like the first half of a sentence or they do not stick around for the second sentence and tend to return with an issue that would have been answered/solved if they would have just stuck around or accurately listened to all of what I was saying). I wondered if it has anything to do with my Bachelor's in Psychology and the adverse reaction I get when people find out I have a degree.
Heck, my first chat here and the person is having tech issues and said give me a min... @ 11:23 am and it's now 11:54 am and nothing.
I also have BPD, that makes it hard to make friends.
@FracturedMind77 hay mate.. I can relate to several parts of your brief message.. the person talking with you is most likely a volunteer unless you payed for one of the therapists etc..and some young, have home lives going on like own children etc.. guessing like myself your things far from simple or able to be expressed in short form..
I actually am a dog Psychologist Dr - in Aust 🇦🇺🦘🐾 type thing.. also with BPD + complex PTSD or any other list of cross diagnoses from a plethora of “experts”.. lol, just lol.. who all rely on medical advice badly changed from the days of shock therapy.. even that still done and people have results, good or bad open for debate.. I got sick of the world and judging after my car accident and moved to the bush.. I would be more than happy to listen to your concerns, that you were unable to verbalise with the people mentioned in your message here.. it may take a day or so to reply due to time differences etc.. however if you write I will listen and honestly answer..
you may not always like what I have to say, but also you may?
I will be honest and open, reply when able.. that’s my only promise..
