I looked up hotlines for suicide at a very difficult time in my life and this is one of the things that came up. :-)

Someone I'm following on Instagram said that they were going to go here for help after posting about how they were feeling suicidal, so I thought I'd check it out.

I typed in 'Depression' in the app store

I was searching therapy on the app store and found it.

Tumblr, when searching for suicidal a page pops up with a link to this site

I was struggling was so much pain and hardship from my mental health issues so I looked for places to vent and find some support. I was a member before I became a listener. :)

I was talking with crisis hotline, and I wanted to find more, so I stumbled upon 7 cups.. helped and have been helped ever since..

I was looking for someone to talk to so I just googled 'online chat help' and this was one of the first results- I'm so happy I found it
