...See more So I had a grand mal seizure in August. No history of seizures or epilepsy. Still don't know what caused it. But they have me on medication so I haven't had any since. But since then I've started exhibiting REM sleep behavior disorder-like behavior. Kicking and choking my boyfriend in my sleep. I have absolutely no memory of doing this. No memory of any possible dreams that could be happening while doing this. I feel really bad and I dont want to keep hurting him. How do I stop this?
