I was having a really horrible time of it today and after a bit of disasterousself-help Googling I've come across this site and I feel heaps better after having just gone through a few of the steps. I'm no good with in-person hugs, I'm probably a bit socially awkward in that respect! This thread is really lovely though and has helped to improve my day... Here's my contribution! *hugs*
