Right now I am so depressed and in physical and emotional pain grieving my father that passed 3/11. I wish I could just be held I feel so unloved and alone. Depression is tough enough alone but coupled with everything else right now I feel so hopeless and alone. 😩
@bgdave I'm sorry for your loss, losing a loved one is a hard thing to deal with. :( Sending lots of warm hugs to you--I know that things must be incredibly hard for you right now, but you're going to get through this. <3 There are going to be some ups and downs (well, a lot of downs), but I believe that things will eventually start to ease up a bit. Hang in there!

Me, too. I could use a real live hug. I hope to get at least one of those tomorrow (meet with good friend in person). But, just now, I could use a sort of "mom hug" that says, "I know stuff hurts right now, it is pretty crappy; but it won't stay this way forever!" and also says, "My dear child, you know that there's no way for you to know how much I love you, right?" within the comfort and safety of one I trust very much and one who loves me NO MATTER WHAT!
Oh, and virtual hugs would certainly be accepted too
