I had a terrible, completely unexpected breakup last week with my boyfriend of a year and a half. I'm blindsided and devastated, and I'm alternating bouts of uncontrollable hysterical sobbing with rage fueled workouts, inbetween trying to keep up with the crushing workload of taking four condensed college courses. I'm drowning and I just need someone to tell me I'm not disposable and this will be okay...

Has anyone ever left everything behind? Your family, your friends, your job, your security... and start a new life in a city you barely know? My fiancé and I are planning on doing so... I just want to know how hard could it be. It is a big step for myself.
I'm struggling with flashbacks and severe depression. I'm 2 weeks strong from self harm but it's getting harder to resist with the stress of moving and trying to start my life over again..
