I'm suffering a lot from OCD Sexual obsession with hypersexuality and narcissistic personality disorder for past 16 months and porn addiction, mastrubation addiction for past 7-8 years. Hence life is very challenging for me I had academic setback unhealthy diet depression and more

Along with this I could only see girl's as a sex objects and feel extremely depressed and anxious when I look into couples (may be friends,lovers, husband and wife as well as siblings I never spoke to a girl over my lifetime never had girlfriend,sister and college,school,relative, neighbour girls friendship

I lost hope in life can u help me to get out of this please friends 🙏😭🥺
