Hi there. I am a college student. We must report our hours to our school. Is there a way to keep track of our hours on 7 Cups? Also there require a contact of a person from 7 Cups. Does anyone know how to address that? Thank you!! I am so happy to be volunteering here!

@sportssurfnsun The Certification page tells you your chat hours, calculated using a standard formula. If you wanted to track your total hours (including time spent in the forum, for example) you would have to do that yourself.

I'm not sure 7 Cups provides a contact person specifically for that purpose. You could name 7 Cups' founder and CEO, Glen Moriarty. There's a street address and phone number at the top of the Terms of Service.

The general way to contact 7 Cups online is by using the Submit a request form in the Help Center.

I have found the hours to be weird at times when being recorded. As I think there's a difference in chat hours and hours taking texters.
