Technical support for mobile app
Hi all anyone has any advice or links to a tech support group for the mobile version of 7 cups?
due to my mobility i have to use the smartphone app version and there are some features that are difficult for me.
- ending chats
- progressing in training levels
not urgent but still clueless here
@FogwellsGym There are two versions you can use on mobile devices—the app and the website. The website has more features, but the app is sometimes easier to use (as long as you don't need a feature that's only on the website).
End Live Chat is a circular button with a power-off icon in both the app and the website. I'l try to show you the icon here, but the forum might censor it:
I don't know what you mean by progressing in training levels. I think listener training is only available on the website (but I could be wrong). Can you explain some more?
To ask more questions, use this forum. There's also a Help Centre where you can report problems and get some other information.

@theriverissinging Oh! You're right! When I checked the app I thought I saw the button. I should have looked more closely 😳
Turns out the app displays a picture of buttons that only exist on the website!
