Frozen Growth Path
Hello, I am trying to proceed with my growth path. It is on step 9 and it is about watching a video. I have finished the video and when I press Finished Video, it just goes in a circle. I have been trying to find a place to request help or find a fix, but I am stuck. Thank you for your assistance in guiding me where I need to go.
@calmField1152 To get around it, use the Try Something Else option.
To report the bug - use the support & feedback link (bottom righthand corner) and submit a request.

I'm having the exact same issue. I reported the bug as @AffyAvo suggested. Let me know if you figure out a way past it as I would really like to move on my growth path.
@Everythingisbetterinyourpyjamas Have you done the Try Something Else? That can help skip a buggy suggested step.

Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon then. The only other suggestion I can offer is to try the site if on an app/a different browser if already using the site.

It only has the option to try a different video which I've done 8 times. I've tried it over a span of 3 days. On my phone and laptop though only using chrome. I'll try on internet explorer instead.
Hey everyone, I had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago and was stuck just as you said, then one day I went in the menu under "my path" > "mindfulness exercises", I took one mindfulness exercise and the path got unstuck! It said "congratulations you just completed step ... of your path" and I could go on.
I figured maybe the path works based on different activities you do on the website, like the exercise, posting on the forums etc. and these things make you go on with the path, but this is just my guess, I'm not sure. Just because I saw that when taking those different activities the path would unstuck itself...

That worked. Thanks so much. Once you've finished the mindfulness audio it says go to growth path and it moves you onto the next step. Also made me do a mindful meditation so that's good. Really appreciate your help
