Can I make multiple goals?
Kind of a stupid question, but it says goals, implying you can add more than one, and I feel like I could benefit from having several small goals to check off rather than just having to write "do everything in your planner" and going from there. So... am I missing something here, or can you only have one?
@conscientiousFig6359
when I studied NLP we called goals "outcomes" and we were encouraged to have lots of them, arranged in order of time. So, short term goals, medium, and long term. And we were told to use well-formed outcomes. If you search NLP well-formed outcomes, Mr Google will fill you in.
You are correct, it is more productive, and feels better because you can celebrate more often, to have several short term goals than a long term one.
So, finish college: one goal, one celebration. Attend tomorrow: much more realistic,less intimidating, more manageable,
@conscientiousFig6359 I don't see why not. If they conflict with each other in any way (time, money, etc.) it shouldn't be a problem.
