Hey im new here, i learn of the app from doing a program, im looking to build my support team and make new friends who struggle with similar mental health issues, im 36, be 37 tomorrow, i got a puppy whos my emotional support animal

I want to tell you an observation, which is that you mentioned that you are looking for friends who have similar mental health issues similar to yours, but you did not mention what your issues are. anyway if you looking for someone who has experienced depression, anxiety, social anxiety, or loneliness. I can relate to these struggles, having faced them myself and I am still suffering from them.
