Burnout
Hey everyone,
Anyone know what it feels like to be exhausted of everyone and everything, feeling so unmotivated towards things that you would love? I'm gonna be honest I try to consistently get atleast 6-7 hrs of sleep and yet I feel so exhausted of everything. One day I'm getting so much work done and the next it's barely a fraction. Life just feels so so dull and inconsistent. Does it continue this way or does it get better over time?
Here to tell you that it gets better overtime… if you let it.
If it’s physical exhaustion that you are experiencing as well, it would benefit you to check in with yourself or a doctor to see if there is something you may be needing nutrition wise. Actually, sometimes it could be the thing that you are lacking nutritionally causing the issues mentally and emotionally as well. Aside from the nutrition talk, because I am not a doctor, gratitude is a driving factor in helping me out of my rut. I aimed to find ten things to be grateful for a day but if I could only find one that was good enough for me. I went through the same exact phase in my life as you and today I cannot believe how alive and inspired I am. Know too that there will be peaks and valleys in your journey.
The fact that you are seeking means you are on the road to change. It might sound cliche but trust me on this.

It gets more manageable, but regardless your gonna have obstacles in life, but maybe at some point you'll face something you're really passionate about overcoming and your perspective shifts from obstacle to opportunity.
@combatlist I have felt this way too, but I know in my heart it gets better over time. My way of getting through it is through God. Maybe you will find this useful as well.😊
