Cry like a ghost

Ledzeppers784 May 11th, 2015

I've had all these traumatic situations happen to me,and I feel everyone around me friends and family even my gf don't really understand how easy it is to be triggered or reminded of those times, I'm working through it I was even diagnosed with ptsd and severe depression and anxiety disorders. I don't feel comfortable sharing that withthem because I'm scared of how they willreact and what they will do. I really miss my mother we were really close she always understood or tried to help me throughwhat ever it was without making me feel guilty or like trash. She passed away last august so being without her is a heavy weighing sadness.So I cry like aghost alone in private or at my therapists.

@kindPark9660

I'm sorry for your loss, I get like that too balling my eyes out for a while sometimes to the point where I'm hyperventalating. The best thing to remember is breathe and do something that makes you happy. I hope you feel better. :)
