My Compliment diary
I know I already have a diary, but @redmark gave me the idea to make a journal for any compliments that are given to me. I may also put compliments toward others in here. Thanks for the idea @redmark!!

To all who may need it:
Your scars aren't something to hide. They aren't something to be judged, they are beautiful. Each mark tells a story. A story that others may never know or even be able to fathom. They are proof that you are strong. You have gone through so much, yet you are still here. You are still walking this Earth. They show that you have fought battles, whether they are internal or external, and lived. It may not seem like it now, but those marks don't make you who you are. Your trauma and/or experiences DO NOT make you who you are. They never will. You make you who you are. Remember, you are strong. You are beautiful. You are enough. Never let other make you forget that.
Self esteem building excersize:

Take each negative thought about yourself and turn it into something postive. Put these in places that you might see them often and be reminded how amazing you are!! Like your bathroom mirror or notebooks. The example @Inge9 used was "i
