Messed up
Hello its Raavi
My problem is i'm experiencing trauma for years. I find difficult coping with my emotions. With medications a lot it has been controlled but i still feel overwhelmed.
I want to move ahead in my life without thinking about past memories. I hope its possible.

Thank you for your post. Medication is an excellent tool to help stabilize you enough to benefit from other therapeutic interventions that may assist you in overcoming what you are experiencing. I am so glad to hear that you are interested in moving forward. It can be difficult to become unstuck on your own. I encourage you to continue to peel back the layers of your trauma so you can process them in a safe and productive way. I have found writing to be helpful.
