...See more Hello its Raavi My problem is i'm experiencing trauma for years. I find difficult coping with my emotions. With medications a lot it has been controlled but i still feel overwhelmed. I want to move ahead in my life without thinking about past memories. I hope its possible. LOVE AND HUGS
