Hey everyone,
My names bee and i am a listener it has been a while since i started. I have had a traumatic childhood and my parents didn't think of mental health as a real thing so they never really did anything for me. I tried to consult a counsellor about it and it ended up making things worse. We all know that laws for us but sometimes it isn't implied properly in my case i was unlucky i didn't find the right people. This ended up making me close up entirely i decided to never open up to anyone. But i wanted to help somebody "somebody who is not me someone like me" as i wrote in one of my poems. So here i am and for a fact i know i am not alone. I want everyone reading this to know that i appreciate your efforts i will be the one to say that this person's feelings the ones he talks about and the ones hidden in the depth of his heart i will heal them. So keep on trying to do something even when it falls of miserably keep doing what you like. Ones you do it come tell me about it all about it. I will be waiting

It takes a lot of strength to not only support yourself but to offer a hand to someone else as well. Keep spreading your kindness and I hope you always find yourself surrounded by kind people :)

I saw this Tik Tok that said something like this is our first time living the human experience so we shouldn't be hard on ourselves. We didn't get a handbook, so we're only going to be learning by experiences.
