I have DID, and there is an open chat on DID/OSDD on Wednesday's 12pm ET in the trauma room, maybe joining the open chat can be helpful?

i have DID. Just generally what I know is that pretty much every system has different ways they experience it, and there’s a wide range of difference of how people split, communicate with their other alters, and how different alters switch with each other. Anything you specifically are wanting to know more about?
