How does one heal from these three emotions:
Abandonment, greif, and rejection?
What therapy or what methods are there to work best work with these issues?

I am very sorry for all you went through.
As a therapy, I would recommend "Acceptance & Commitment Therapy"

Besides all this, I suggest you that you get a good therapist recommendation, through trusty sources, like your doctor, friends, or post-graduate psychology institution, and start doing Therapy

Guess this is a several-year project that I'll need to work on.
Just realized that these were my issue last week, though. A few of my friends/aquintances has known this for years about me, I just learned π
