Deregulation can be a tough thing to learn to manage - I'm really proud of you for taking that first step to committing to work on it ❤️ From my own experience, it can take a while to figure out what works for different situations, so there's no need to feel bad if it doesn't seem to work out right away. The steps you take don't have to be big, as long as they take you in the right direction ❤️

1. I am doing a bit well working on some stress here and there still. 2 my goal for the week is to be able to go out in this weekend upcoming to the place where I had trauma in (exposure can be good) and enjoy it with someone who hasn't damaged me. 3.i love fantasy/ and horror

i'm doing alright today! going through the process of healing and learning my worth and how to trust again like i have been. a goal that i have is to complete my traumatic narrative given by the 7cups self-help and to learn how to let things be easy for myself. my favorite genres are romance and action!
@fairyava thanks for the check in as ever. It's always good to have a focus on these things occasionally. 1. I'm still on an emotional rollercoaster but think I'm a bit more stable than I have been. 2. My goal has been to try and slow down and relax. After a long manic period I'm listening to advice that I need to try and look after myself before my body or mind make that decision for me. So I'm focusing on eating more and resting more. Little steps. 3. I love fantasy and dramas Thanks again for your time xx
