@amiablePeace77 the thing I'm most grateful for and that has turned out better than I could ever of thought is, life and people and our planet😁 ❤ 18 years of not knowing this world exists, 18 years of not knowing that there is kindness and love. Years of not seeing beauty and magic this world as to offer. Now I've seen the sunrise I've heard music, life is amazing, this world is amazing ❤ in grateful for life and all the magic that comes with it😁❤
@Tinywhisper11

One of the things I am most proud of is that I never gave up when I suffered anxiety and depression most of my life. I would put on a happy face, act like a happy go lucky person and fooled many people, while inside I was empty, confused and miserable. I would deny and act like I didn't have depression but that just made it worse. I kept many things and emotions inside. Now I know it is not healthy to do that and not healthy to keep giving and giving, leaving yourself exhausted and empty. I am so much better now and can deal with things much better emotionally. Having that empty feeling is one of the worst feelings ever. Having a good cry is one of the things you can do to release powerful emotions. I reach out more to people to get help when I need to.

Answer (convoluted-style lol) : Stubbornness, good, bad & ugly life experiences. I would not be who I am (flaws & all) without this.
@CaringSub I could say "oh, the time I performed solo on stage, or the first time I encountered a bear, solo backpacking......But for now, it is i have lived to the best of my ability, under (sometimes) extraordinary circumstances, and "I'm Still Standing" (Elton John). _/\_
@amiablePeace77 I am glad I did not settle for just any old thing. By being picky I kept searching for something better. Not that I found it, but I finally realized the answer is not out there somewhere but by changing my attitudes and expectattions, I am able to be content with what I have, not always running around searching for something else.
@soulsings
I'm glad you found contentment with what is there for you already!
@amiablePeace77 thanks for that.
@amiablePeace77 I'm proud of myself for never giving up, no matter the battle, I faced it head on, no matter how hard.
@DanielFiechter way to go I like your persistence. Kepp on keeping on.
I learned to walk and function again... Due to a traumatic brain injury.
