...See more Hi there, Today we will learn a little more about gratitude and learn how to express this. Studies have shown that if you practice daily gratitude practice, it can make you feel happier and improve your health. What is Gratitude? Gratitude is the expression of appreciation for what one already has and not ones future desires or hopes. It is generated from within. This social emotion strengthens relationships, and its roots run deep in evolutionary history, and it stems from the survival value of helping others and being helped in return. Studies show that specific areas of the brain are involved in experiencing and expressing gratitude. Brain scans of people assigned a task that stimulates gratitude show lasting changes in the prefrontal cortex that heighten sensitivity to future experiences of gratitude, thus feeling happier and healthier. Please list 3 things that you are grateful for and share daily if you feel comfortable to do so!

Those of you may remember that we did this last year and as it was so popular it might be useful to continue. This journey is for anyone looking to nurture their mental health, cultivate positive and perhaps even new habits, and find more joy in their daily lives. Why 25 Days? * Small Steps, big impact: We'll break down larger goals into manageable daily tasks. * Habit formation: 25 days is a useful time frame to establish new habits. * Community support: We'll be here to encourage and support each other throughout the challenge. ...See more i'm not entirely sure about anyone else, but music is my therapy. especially deftones. deftones takes me to a place where i can be at peace with not only myself, but everyone else. they also tend to help me block out my problems when i need to. so thank you.. i'll always be a huge fan of deftones. comment what your fav band or artist is :)

...See more As I am still in the process of recovering from trauma, I am also re-learning the concept of love and self-love ❤️ However, in the deeper level of my heart, I feel very lost and I don't even know how true love feels or if I have the ability to love myself or others. Even though there is still a black hole in my heart, I am making changes everyday and I believe one day I will re-establish my self concept and self worth! 🔥 It's very difficult to describe love only by words; however, love can manifest in any way of life. At this moment, I feel love is the unconditional trust from my pets! 🥰 How does love mean to you? Feel free to share your thoughts and spread the loving energy together! ❤️🌈💐
