Hey!!! Here's some ideas that I can think of:

  • Train a pet.
  • Go for walks and take pictures on your phone.
  • Meditation/yoga.
  • Origami.
  • Listening to podcasts about a topic you like.
  • Learn a new language.
  • Creating things by upcycling.
  • Puzzle solving.
  • Volunteering.

I hope some of these help but if not, 7 cups is here for you 💜

@lucavllyrl. I’ve been reading. I borrow books from the library so it’s free. They also have audiobooks for those who prefer to listen.

@lucavllyrl

for digital hobbies, i've been searching through youtube for DIY stuff and learning things. reading and audiobooks/videos are always a nice way to find inspiration and costs nothing but your time!

@lucavllyrl I will highly recommend the easiest hobby to have which is probably drawing. Writing poems is also a low-cost hobby, writing short stories, reading books on the internet in pdf form, making small edits or reels and taking photos with a phone camera

I recently took up embroidery and it is inexpensive! You can reuse embroidery hoops, and skeins of embroidery floss last a long time. You can find fabric at some thrift stores. I actually started with a kit, which was under $20 at a craft shop.

You can also try learning a language on Duolingo. It's free!
