I'm glad you took the courage to reach out and hope that you will find the support you need on this site. Coping with all the pressure from exams but sometimes also from peers can be difficult especially if you suffer from social anxiety. I find talking to someone to just share what's on your mind can already be very helpful. Also journaling about thoughts or expressing them in a creative way can help.
