I agree that self care is a critical part of our lives!
I find out time for my hobbies like doing nature journaling, calligraphy or simply sleeping sometimes.
Reading also works at times.
Having specific time for self care daily nourishes me and increases my productivity. And when I stop doing it, I get trapped into the vicious cycle of escapism, burnout and procrastination!
