@soulsings I do anything and everything possible to avoid arguments. I will apologise so much of I think I've upset someone, and cry alot. Anger is just one letter away from danger. So kindness and understanding of others feelings is a must. ❤

Everyday I appreciate life, and grateful for everything I have ❤ sometimes depression takes over and I forget myself, but with just time and kind words and doing the little things that make me smile, can beat the depression. My mindfulness, is talking to God and my son in heaven. Watching my piggies play, seeing the sunrise, art, listening to the birds, and learning about the world ❤ every little thing is a miracle, even the strorms are beautiful in its own way ❤❤

1) When I am aware of my reactions, I can take measures like deep breathing to calm myself or even stepping back (physically or mentally).

2) I mostly feel in the moment when I am outside interacting with nature. I very much enjoy the calm in my garden, it allows me to be fully present with nature.

  • What experiences have you had where you avoided getting into an argument with someone by being aware of your reactions before you reacted? when talking bout a person who til resently everyone but me hated a was standing up for them and almost got into an agument woth them then took a moment and relized the argument was pointless and i now also dislike the person

@soulsings When I'm aware of my reactions I can take a pause and try to reply thoughtfully rather than react emotionally. In some cases I think people look for a reaction. 


I'm not sure. There's been a great deal of stress this past year it's been hard to practice mindfulness consistently

@mytwistedsoul I hear you. When stress goes up there is a tendency I have to want to go and hide but I try to stay mindful instead.
