Hey! I totally get how tough things must feel right now. It’s okay to feel scared and lost sometimes, especially with everything you’ve been dealing with. I’ve found a couple of things that help when studying feels overwhelming. One thing I do is walk around the house or a garden to break up the monotony, I have mentioned this before too. It really helps me focus. Also, I do this weird thing where I pretend to teach someone what I’m learning. It sounds funny, but explaining stuff out loud really helps it stick. Remember, take it one step at a time and don’t be too hard on yourself. You’ve got this, and if you need support, don’t hesitate to reach out.😊

First of all, I just want to say that I hear you, and I'm really sorry you're going through this. It’s completely understandable that after dealing with depression, it can feel like everything is a lot harder, including studying. It’s okay to struggle. What you're going through is tough, but it doesn’t define who you are or what you’re capable of.

Please remember, it’s never too late to get back on track, and small steps can make a huge difference. Is there anything you can think of that may get you back on track, perhaps something which may have helped before? For me, I find that breaking study sessions into shorter, more manageable chunks helps a lot - it helps prevent the feeling of being overwhelmed.

Please feel free to reach out for help, the 7 Cups community is here to support you! You’ve already taken the first step by reaching out in this post, and that’s a big deal 💙
