We all struggle to get things done sometimes , it is hard to find motivation to continue I guess
Would it help to think about your 'why' why you want to work or study , how will it impact your life, what change will it bring etc and it can help you find some kick to get started
I hope you go easy on yourself ❤

Have you talked to your advisor? Maybe it is a lack of academic structure and you may just need a nudge to get refocused.
The last two years has been a struggle for students of all ages. You are definitely not alone on this. Some thoughts to ponder on:
What kind of student were you before this pattern started (not being to get yourself do the school work)? Looking back, aside from the pandemic, what was different, what was the same? Has the idea of what your future looks like changed? Has your field of interest shifted along with time? Do you feel like you need to rediscover what you feel passionate about, and possibly change your field of study? Do you need to make new goals, to rebuild your motivation to do the school work?
Our drive to keep going with our studies often is stopped by obstacles that suddenly surface. When these obstacles block our vision, we either choose to find a different path, or we stay still and let it stop us from moving forward. Whenever our vision is blocked, some of us need guidance from others (possible academic advisor, parent, sibling, friends, etc), while others are able to find a different path to take. This really depends on your personality, life goals, and habits in dealing with tough situations.
Either way, I hope you are able to find your path and refocus sooner than later~
