Too much stress for the upcoming paper..Any tips!

Take a deep breath and remind yourself that- you have got this. Test taking is 50% preparation and the other 50% is your ability to remain calm during the exam. Panicking unnecessarily won't do anything but ruin your efforts. Revise and rest. Don't mess with your sleep schedule. Good luck!

Exam time can be overwhelming. This, too, shall pass. It's important to be level headed during this time. Stress and anxiety may be difficult to get rid of but they won't change anything. You will get through this. Just sure to stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and revise what you already know. It will work out, be confident and trust yourself. Good luck!!

Hey there! Sorry if this is a bit late but it's advice that can always be used!

For writing papers I always like making an outline of the points I need to include using the grading rubric. This way during your exam you have some important bullet points/key ideas that you can expand upon! Wishing you all the best for the future and good luck!💖
