Tips for consistency and motivated studying
A challenge of mine has been to maintain consistency. Procrastination is my most hated foe. I was following the growth path on study motivation and came across this particular tip that I found to be super helpful:
The 5 Second Rule
We all have been in a position where we know we need to get something done yet we can't seem to get ourselves to do it. Whether it is studying, exercising or working, at times it can be hard to just do what you are thinking of doing. Next time you are in such a position, don't give yourself the time to change your mind/to talk yourself out of it.
The next time you need to get something done, from the SECOND you want to do something, know that you have 5 seconds to act on it before your talk yourself out of it. These 5 seconds are crucial.

@MessyEssie Amazing tip, thanks! I understand what you mean by this and I'll try it the next time I set my mind to something. God knows I have been taking forever to start my goals.
Another tip I learned is from Bruce Lee: He would say "When you start a fight don't think about the ending of it." So when I'm to start something I don't scale it and let it scare me, I just focus on the beginning process. This is pretty helpful with large tasks.
@MessyEssie I was very interested in history in college, and that in general social sciences. Now I am writing a scientific paper on behavioral economics. I paid more attention in the search for sources and literature on contemporary American and English social science. I did not know that the Russians made a breakthrough in this. I also turned to reviews in essay writing service (for example this https://www.bestghostwriters.net/). Guys help me a lot. this service helped me with the selection of literature, sources, with the structuring of information. very useful, I advise.
