2024 and 2025: Help Us Create a Cup Cloud!
Our annual Word Cup Cloud Activity is back this year - we have been doing this community activity for 5 years now! You can view the cups created for 2023 (and 2024 reflection here). Our dominant word for 2024 hopes was "Health".
Please feel welcome to share any word you feel describes the progress achieved as a community or personally. You can also share your word after generally reflecting on 2024. These words will be used to create a word (cup) cloud which we will share with the community as well as a post on social media. We also ask you to share your word in regards to any hopes for 2025!

i feel like the word ‘Support’ is a good word. Many people achieve progress through support, it could be support from their loved ones, from people they wouldn’t think of, or even just by believing in themselves, which could also be thought of as self support. Feeling supported is a great and can help progress. 💗💗💗

My word for 2025 is Expectation.
I have a year of expecting new things, improvements and changes that I want to see happen and I am expectant of the joy that I'll experience as each of these happen in my personal, professional and spiritual life.
