What happened to General Support?

Upon logging in tonight, I discovered that the General Support forum seems to have disappeared. Is the site glitching? Or did you guys really take it down? If the latter, why?

The General Support community is still very much active in the site and has not been deleted:https://www.7cups.com/forum/generalsupport/. It could possibly be a site glitch.
