New Quality Mentor Leader

With absolute excitement, I hereby to announce a new Quality Mentor Leader @kindheartedLily
Lily joined as a listener coach on Jan 4th, 2022. She started to join as the Team Leader from June 6th, 2022 and has been dedicating her spare time and energy to be more involved on the team ever since.
Her passion for quality is impressive. Her patience, determination, consistency, and dedicated support toward her teammates have become essential parts to the growth of the Listener Coaching Team. She is doing wonderfully as the lead team leader of LCT. Looking forward to seeing more outstanding works she will bring for the team and community.
