Can't get into the rooms and have the badges? Post here
If you are a member and have both the Strong Bond 1 (5 chats with 5 different listeners) and the helpful heart (50 compassion hearts) and cannot access the 24/7 support or 24/7 community room please post here so we can look into it. Thank you for your patience as we transition to this system!

@Jill7Cups Steadfast Soul? In the announcement it says Strong Bond 1 (after you changed it from 7 day streak). Or am I looking at the wrong announcement?

Also (sorry to ramble on) people are wondering whether "5 chats with 5 different listeners" really means "5 chats with each of 5 different listeners"—that is, 25 chats in all.

5 chats total = 150 messages sent with 5 listeners.

I have the 5 chats with 5 listeners and 30 messages each listener but haven't gotten the Strong Bond 1 badge yet. Any idea as to why? Maybe its just a glitch? :o

I have a related question -- I have the badges, and can get into the chat rooms, but I don't know why I have strong bond! I only have chats with three listeners (four if you count my therapist, which I've been told elsewhere that you don't) that exceed 5 messages. Did someone relax the 30-message requirement?
... and the "my progress" page says that I have 29 chats, and 4 repeat chats. How is that computed?
Also, could you please research the requirements for Strong Bond I and edit -- or at least reply to, if you can't edit -- the top post to reflect the real situation? Elsewhere it was said that the requirement was one chat with each of five listeners, with a chat defined as 30 messages, with at least 10 from each side. (Although if that's still the requirement, I don't know how I got it.)
