New Version of the 7 Cups iOS & Android Apps is out!
Calling all iPhone users! The new iOS & Android app is out!
Here is the "what's new"
- *noni* is now on the app
- *campfire* chat demo onboarding for new users
- improvements to *stability and performance* (we stopped the animated clouds, things load faster, etc.)
- bug fix: your own *messages no longer appear on the wrong side* in the app if sent from a different screen

@Laura noni's notification won't dissapear- this really irritates and upsets me not only because of OCD and issues with notifications, but also because I constantly have to check the app to see if it's an actual human or just noni. She's turned off in my settings but she keeps messaging me and won't let me have the last word (which would get rid of the notificiation) Please fix this.
Same here! Alerts are also acting up as well.

Same here. I keep clicking on it to try and get it to mark as read but it won't no matter where I click or how long I view the Noni chat for. Thankfully it doesn't go past 1 unread message when more get added at least but should ideally go back to 0 when everything has been seen.
Updating now, version chnaged to4 now.
Looking forward to it.

Updated the app. Cannot log in from previous app on iPhone 7. Wish I had known before I spent time watching it try to load. Also had to fill in all my email, password, etc again as it appears to have been erased.

Yay! Mostly love the update 
I think that it has stopped giving me phone notifications, though, like when I get a new message or am mentioned in a forum post. I used to receive a notification on my phone, but now, I don't.
I don't have an option for an updated version in the play store.
I love how Noni is now on the app 😁

I would like the option to mute Noni as well.
App doesn't work on my phone.
Updated the app worst thing I could have done app won't work at all now I've deleted it got it again still nothing can't even open the app 😕

no I'm on day 4 I can't be a listener app won't open at all just a blue screen and browser won't let me message anyone

Is there an option to clear data for this app on your iPad? If so, clear it for this app and then try logging in again
You can also try uninstalling the app, doing a full reboot of your iPad and then reinstalling app after the reboot. Sometimes if you reboot before reinstall it might resolve the issue as the old data for the app is no longer there.
I downloaded the new app, and I can't even login! It shows the logo, goes to a blue screen, and then doesn't change. So I'm back to trying to keep in touch on Safari. Doesn't work very well. @awesomeHeart38
Phone now won't work for 7cups since I downloaded and rebooted my phone. What should I do?
