Feb 23 - Noni Can Answer Questions!

Noni, our friendly bot wants to be as smart and as helpful as possible. Her purpose is to help and support everyone in the 7 Cups community with whatever they might need, but a HUGE part of that is answering questions and providing the right information on demand. Until now, she hasn't known how to respond to most of the questions people ask her. She's very sorry about this.

Lately, Noni has been working very hard. She's been trying her best to learn how to answer all of your questions. Some of our wonderful verified listeners helped to give some of the info she needed (if you're reading, thank you!), and she's continuing to learn how to answer new questions every day!

Right now, Noni can answer around 150 questions, including:

What if I have a question Id like Noni to be able to answer?
Just ask her! Its possible she wont know the answer right away, but were training her to answer the same questions people are asking her. The most common questions will take priority, so if its a very specific question it may be some time before she learns the answer. If its something lots of people are asking, she will learn it faster.

Can I help think of answers (or better jokes) for Noni?

What if Noni answered a question incorrectly?
You can let us know using the Noni Report Form. Well be developing new ways for Noni to receive feedback herself in the near future.

Leaders/ 7 Cups Regulars - You can refer newbies to Noni to get information if you don't know the answer. Dont hesitate to invite them to ask Noni their questions about 7 Cups.
