Switching from Member to Listener
I used the same login information for both Member & Listener accounts. Now, I cannot sign on to my Listener. Any suggestions? was I supposed to use different email & passwork? I was under the impression that my Member & Listener were linked accounts to allow me to switch to whichever role was necessary at the time.
I'd really appreciate some guidance- I have messages waiting for me in Listener.

You can put in a support ticket for technical help or try to change your password. If that does not work, you can email community@7cups of tea. If anyone else has a better or quicker idea, please post.
I just wanted to say that I am so glad you became a listener. I have chatted with you in the chat room and I knew right away you would make a great listener. You were so positive, kind, empathic, and supportive. Congratulation. You will help lots of people.
You do not have to use different email accounts for each one. I can login switch back and forth from my member and listener accounts with the same email and password. It should work unless there is a technical issue.
