Switching from Member to Listener

...See more I used the same login information for both Member & Listener accounts. Now, I cannot sign on to my Listener. Any suggestions? was I supposed to use different email & passwork? I was under the impression that my Member & Listener were linked accounts to allow me to switch to whichever role was necessary at the time. I'd really appreciate some guidance- I have messages waiting for me in Listener. Thanks in advance.
