3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!
1. Became a listener on 7 cups
2. Went for a long walk with my mum to clear my head
3. Looked into ways to send letters to sick children throughout the UK

1. Despite feeling like I wanted to sleep in, I pulled my self together and went to work
2. Refrained from going on an over thinking marathon. Told myself, I am fine the way I am for me and that's what matters.
3. Refrained from talking to someone that is unhealthy for me. I'm a currently recovering co-dependent so this is a big win for me.

Today I:
Submitted my training to be a room supporter!
Registered for the MCAT that I will be taking this fall!
Caught up on a lot of work that I had to do!

1. Finally applied for internships
2. Finished a poster I was working on for some time
3. Ummm... had a long video call with my friends (does that count?)
Here are three little things that were big steps for me to do today
1) Made a large healthy breakfast - scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese, side of apples, tea, and little brownies with whipped cream topped by raspberries and sprinkles (okay, thay part wasn't so healthy, but when in lockdown it's okay to live it up a bit) :D
2) Took a nice long shower, detangled my hair, and fixed it up for a day of staying inside.
3) Began to teach my S.O. piano, it's about time!

1. Picked up a box of food at the food pantry this morning
2. Gave some of the food to my neighbors and some to my mom
3. Read three more stories in "The Decameron"
