3 Key Things!
Please post here 3 key things you have done to help move 7 Cups forward. I will be doing this on a daily basis. Feel free to do it daily, weekly, or monthly. Right now we've got thousands of people doing a lot of work on the site, but we don't have a clear way of being able to support one another. The goal of this thread is to help all of us see all the good work that is going on. Please ask any questions or share thoughts!

1. Made the decision to limit my time online and on social media, as everything that's going on isn't helping my mental health.
2. worked out for 45 minutes
3. made a list in my head of the things I can control, and focus on that instead of what everyone else isn't doing

1) found my friend a place to sleep so she wouldn't expose her sick husband to COVID
2) listen with empathy to a friend
3) journaled through voice memos for the first time. That felt nice

1. I played my instrument (flute) for several hours.

trying to get my mind straight, but doesn't seem to be cooperative. Unsure if the workout pushed me over or perhaps the anti-histamine has not worn off. Most of the "things" below are complusively driven by my mind and done. No strike that last sentence off. Most of the "things" below are done and or learnt as an experience, and perhaps serves as a lesson to either continue pushing or try something else again
1. Made "Balanced" protein energy dough - finally i pushed myself to make it, despite dreaming of it so much. However my body can't digest it well. So... i guess it is still better if i just seperate the "macros" for better peace of mind and body. Than the continous self-torment of "following" the hype.
2. Pushed myself to just go cut my hair, irregardless of what my mind is telling me... i.e. save money by delaying, only go if you have other objectives to settle, etc...
3. Talked to counsellor about my thoughts of not being able to address problems, concerns in life. Despite knowing they are likely not able to provide any solutions. its still better than keeping to heart.

thank you lucy and i will try to accept the commendation. somehow i managed to catch myself when i "supposed" to try to rewire thoughts. - at least. though it felt awkward.
anyways, i was still considering about the needs reply thing. not sure if it will help me while helping others. but i dont know where i fit in well.
