Happy New Year everyone! We have started 2025 off with a blast. To begin with, we announced our 2024 Forum Unwrapped which included many statistics that some of you may find interesting. We then started the year off celebrating our December 2024 Spotlight. 

Speaking of forum spotlights, we announced some changes to our 2025 forum spotlights in a bid to provide you with relevant statistics and to acknowledge and appreciate those users who continuously go above and beyond by contributing to the forum. Finally, we announced our 2025 Events Calendar which we hope to populate over the coming weeks so all community users know exactly what to expect and can see clearly the opportunities available to them.

The QM PAs, @Remina and @AuroraAstral have been working a lot on increasing the knowledge of our listeners, they have created a couple of very useful forum posts on Active Listening, you can see them here, here and here.

Hi 7cups! Happy New Year from AL Team to all of you.

I am thrilled to announce @Arie3 (AL2 grader) and @Zebrasarcastic (Adult AMA host) who joined our team last quarter. We deeply appreciate their dedication and energy they’ve brought to our team.

Throughout the quarter, we have seen a consistent 75-95% pass rate for all AL tests. I would like to thank all our amazing Graders @SirenOfSerenity @bubblingBreeze14 @Tracey12345 @yourbuddy30 @Amphios @blissart @Raspberrycheesecake @heathermarie95 @Arie3 @Averyjr23 and @PetiteSouris for their tireless hard work and dedication on grading tests timely, your contribution to our team is very much appreciated. Yourbuddy30 - General Academy Ambassador

Wishing you all a very Happy and a Prosperous New Year, my 7 Cups family. I hope this new year brings a lot of joy, success and happiness in your lives.
In the Academy front, I have been working on sending out certificates to our wonderful academy courses graduates (IDG, CBC and TMC) and also our awesome Internship Program graduates. These people have shown resilience and great dedication in completing their courses and huge shoutout to all the course alumni. Hoping to see more people be a part of this and making the most of it.

Soulsings
AmiablePeace and I have set up regular posting of prompts in the Online Therapy Community to continue getting people involved in the community.  We both continue to subscribe and follow the responses by others and keep the conversation going by asking open ended questions and or sharing. 

In 50+ community we continue to offer supportive topic discussions on a regular basis with good participation. 

I also act as a Teen Transition Mentor, a Listener mento and a Listener to regular members. I also feel strongly that everyone should take responsibility for reporting people that are obviously acting outside the guidelines.

HealingTalk - Quality Listening Program
At the QLP, the past quarter starter on a dissonant note, when our Mentor Leader left, leaving a void that had to be filled with extra work during the whole quarter. 

At the same time, a few Mentors also left for diverse reasons during a peak of trainee applications. A small core of our seasoned Mentors took the extra work willingly and effectively, so the quality of support to trainees was kept at excellent levels as revealed by their comments and reviews (and graduations as you will see). 

We invited many qualified Listeners, and threee talented and enthusiastic new Mentors joined our team. I interacted a lot with them and can attest to their high competence, kindness and commitment. They are @Bree849, @Ivy229 and @June777 All our gratitude for their enthusiasm and dedication to supporting our trainees in the best possible way.

At the same time, an outstanding and experienced QLP Mentor completed their Mentor Leader training, and will soon step into this role. This fills us with joy, as their leadership will invigorate the QLP, and allow us to reach new heights.

The prospects for this new year look very bright. We will have a much strengthened Team and a new enthusiastic, clever and conscientious Mentor Leader. All this will allow us to increase our enrollment, while giving our trainees top-quality support from a team of talented, committed and super-kind Academy Mentors. 

I wish to end by congratulating and expressing my heartfelt gratitude to those trainees who graduated during the past quarter from the very rewarding but demanding Quality Listening Program.

EmmaE - Listener Community Discussion Team
Hi everyone, happy new year! I hope 2025 is off to a great start for all of you. 

In the last quarter, we welcomed four new discussion hosts to the team: @patientUnicorn3590 @Kait @AuroraAstral and @Bubbles2025, and one new member to the chatroom outreach team, @SparklesFly. We also onboarded a new LCD Project Agent, @AuroraAstral. I’m so excited to have them onboard! A special shoutout goes to our incredible Project Agent @melonMeloncholy who is always working hard to support our hosts. 

I’d also like to recognize our amazing hosts who led LCD sessions last quarter: @Heartsandrosesandpaws, @ChaoticListener, @melonMeloncholy, @Kenzolena, @Mari228, @Kait, @GoldenRuleJG, and @AuroraAstral. Together, the team hosted a total of 27 sessions last quarter! 🌟 A huge thank you to all of our hosts for consistently leading discussions. We are grateful for you and your support to the listener community!

The LCD Team is committed to hosting a diverse range of discussions and creating Listener-focused content, such as managing specific chat scenarios and handling difficult interactions. Our goal is to empower Listeners by equipping them with tools and insights to navigate challenges while fostering a sense of connection and support among peers.

You all worked incredibly hard, and your dedication has truly paid off. This is an exciting milestone in your journey, and we can’t wait to see where your new skills and knowledge will take you. Thanks to the amazing efforts of the LDP team, our program has been running smoothly. We’ve been able to process/complete all tasks within 3-6 days of submissions. I have been actively involved in onboarding new trainees and mentors, mentor outreaches, scheduling emails to trainees, badging as well as sending certificates to the graduates and overseeing the overall management of the program.

KristenHR - Verified Listener Team

Happy New Year everyone!  I hope that 2025 will be your best year yet, bringing you peace, joy and hope.  The new year brings us the opportunity to take new steps toward our goals and dreams.

In the past quarter, our team has verified and welcomed 129 new verified listeners.  Ninety-one percent of listeners who took the mock chat last quarter passed it.  Congratulations to all who passed and took this step of being recognized as being quality listeners!

Thank you to @Izzyy528, our Teen Project Agent, for the hard work this past quarter in the development of a plan to help create additional opportunities for more teen listeners to become verified listeners.  I’m pleased to say that they are already starting to be implemented.
