Bug Issue on Learn, Grow, and Explore

I have been running into this issue today on the learn, grow, and explore part of the homepage. Every time I go to the "browse listeners that have similar experiences" part, it seems to delete the progress and I have to start all over again. It keeps doing that every time. Plus the circle doesn't seem to load whenever I complete part of it. Not sure if anyone else has run into this issue. screenshot-2024-09-29-at-4-10-37-pm_1727665422.png

I think this is only available for the member dashboard, so I'm not fully sure how it works. Have you tried refreshing and/ or clearing your device's cache stored?

@wandamx26 I have been running into this issue too. For me, it's been happening for about the past two weeks but I just kept ignoring it all this while because I don't really even care about it. But I just came across your post and want to let you know that I've run into it too.

@SoulfullyAButterfly No, refreshing the page doesn't help. Nor does clearing cache - I've cleared it and the issue is still very much there.

Hey @SoulfullyAButterfly I'm wondering what happened because I'm still running into this issue. Not sure if it's just me or everyone else. I was ignoring it all this while and was fine with it but today it's getting a little too annoying for me. That's because this "Important" pop-up note is showing up every single time that I open 7cups.com.

Firstly, I wonder why it's showing up and saying "This first week..." because this isn't my first week or anything on here. Secondly, I have completed all three steps for today, but the progress won't get saved and the next time that I open the dashboard, this "Important" thing will pop up again and I need to click "Got it!" every time.

I hope this gets fixed soon. Thank you.

@exuberantBlackberry9105 Sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues with this important feature! The pop up is probably designed like that due to being suitable for new users and a general reminder how first weeks are important.

Do you mind working with me and sending me a screen recording of this issue presenting itself? You can send it over to ayesha@7cups.com so I can forward it to the tech team. Unfortunately, our team was unable to reproduce this and also found that your progress seemed to be being logged! I really hope we can work together on resolving this because I can imagine how annoying it is.

@SoulfullyAButterfly I understand that the pop-up is meant for new users. But to send it to an user who's not new is well, funny.
