Welcome Hope2601. Happy you're here. ๐
Hi! I'm here because I want to learn how to become an active listener and successful helper. There's quite an overwhelming amount of information on 7cups and I keep going down different rabbit holes. Where should I start to find my way to learn techniques and equip myself with knowledge on how to help? Thank you :)
Welcome, @PowerStranger85 ๐

Hello everyone, hoping that everyone will start understanding themselves through 7 cups
Hi! I am Jason, and I am here because sometimes I need to get out of my head and learn from others. I think talking and sharing can be powerful tools to staying healthy and happy, so I would love to meet/share with others who are also on their journey. Hope we can connect!
@JasonneedsinTx Welcome, Jason! Talking to others is a great way to get out of your head. I hope you make some helpful connections. ๐
