Hi there.
I joined 7 Cups a bit ago but hadn’t introduced myself yet.
I recently fell out of touch with several of my friends and seem to be losing myself in my head these days without anyone to talk to.
I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, self-harm, all that fun stuff. I’m hoping this will be a chance to make a change.
Hi. My name is happyHappyHomoSapiens. I finished my listener training a few days ago, and I will try to be as empathetic and supportive as I can.
@Hope. I'm J, im here to help others and that's alwaus been a passion of mine.
Hello!
Hello and a big welcome to everyone new here. I’m fairly new also but have already had such a great experience with 7cups. Enjoy and keep growing
Hi, just joined...I'm 59 and have gone through divorce after 20 years, I did not want it. It's been over a year and I'm still struggling to get over it. Feeling very lonely. Don't have children and only a few friends. Recent health issues are causing physical anxiety, and I have developed fear and even more anxiety over that, especially due to living alone. I've never been like this before, I've never dealt with anxiety this bad. I was quite content just a few months ago. I need to figure out how to get back to that, at least in my mind, even if my health is still a struggle. Just need ways to COPE while I get my health back on track, to get control over my thoughts, get back to positivity! I know it can only help...hoping to find help here..
@lindy80100 I'm so sorry to hear that. I also joined just now. Hopefully we'll get some help here. Don't worry, everything will turn out just fine :)
@lindy80100 Thanks for sharing. It must have been quite the blow and your life has changed dramatically. I applaud you for opening up and its clear you are taking steps to find out what you can do considering your health limitations. Keep the faith and anxiety can indeed be managed.
Hello, I just realized that I haven’t posted here yet. I’m a music teacher and I love to sing. I also like learning languages (I speak and would love to practice Spanish or Mandarin Chinese), and I love traveling as well. I’ve been dealing with anxiety and stress recently, in part due to a rough work environment, but I also want to increase my self-confidence and be happy with who I am.
@xingkerui
Hi there,

Hi, I’m Elisa, and I’m happy to listen to everyone who seek for help
Hello everyone!
As someone with a lot of personal experience in overcoming challenges, I’ve used 7 cups a lot. I thought it only fair that I give back to the community that has helped me so much. I’m so excited to be on this journey.

@Hope
I joined 7 Cups to help people who are trying to manage the same issues that I have once been through before. Also, I wanted to do more community service
hi everyone, i'm danni. i'm 27 years old, and im a huge coffee and animal nerd. im going to school to be a park ranger.
honestly putting myself
out there takes a ton out of me so this is really terrifying. but it's
worth a shot, i know for a fact i need to practice reaching out and
actually talking to people. i joined mostly to try to unlearn this crippling fear and also because ive got a bit of baggage i need to get off my chest, and ive heard a lot of good things about this community. <3
@PanicHaver becoming a park ranger sounds fun! And good job putting yourself out there. I also find it hard to talk to people. :)
Hey Everybody.
I'm reaching out to connect with folks and hopefully find a positive way to cope with relationships and life during the new normal after the Pandemic. I'm married with a 15-year-old special needs son. Looking forward to things to come.
@deltadawn1324 Welcome and hopefully this community will help you with what you want to achieve 😊🤗
