Welcome to 7Cups. I am kind of new here, but I have learned a lot as a listener, so far, as I continually navigate around and answer chat requests from different users. I am constantly learning how to better talk and provide comfort and support to new users therapeutically.

I joined 7 cups because I have had a lot of messed up rumors about me go around and people do ungodly things and ive bedn sexually assaulted and I just needed support to get over it hopefully and i have bad depression anxiety and ptsd

Hello everyone,
I have joined 7cups to be able to further my communication outside of my day to day life. I am a student at Kent State University and I have a love for creativity, and communication. I myself struggle with days of anxiety or days I am just not feeling motivated. I am on here to connect with other who struggle with anxiety as well as coming to 7cup to help others have a better life. I am excited to see where 7cups will take me and who I will communicate with.
