I haven't been able to change my profile picture in months, when will this issue be fixed!?

On the app and on desktop, with multiple images, different sizes, it just will not work. It used to not even show an error message, but now I tried again today after seeing the site changes, hoping it would've been fixed, but it's now simply showing as 403 forbidden.
When will this problem be fixed?! I've been trying it for months now and have reported it a few times to 7 Cups but nothing ever gets fixed.
