Daily Community Challenges

Let's think through daily challenges we can all participate in each day of the week. We can have multiple challenges per day. Some challenges might fit certain struggles more than others. e.g., if you struggle with anxiety, then #MindfulnessMonday might be more appealing than #MotivationalMonday, which might be a better fit for someone struggling with a low mood or depression.
Share below and I'll update the list as we go with options. Please be sure to add the 3 things the person would post so I can make sure I'm understanding your recommendation. Thanks!

@heartsNcupcakes just made a good post in her feed. I've updated Friday so it is clear. We need something for that day now :).
Also, this is a totally opt in thing. You should only participate if you want to!
@GlenM thank you for tagging me in this post. I totally understand its an opt-in project and I would love to opt-in. Im just saying for those who do want to opt in theres a wide variety of ways to do so that works for them. This jist of my post is, while for some theres MotivationalMonday for others there could be MindfulMonday, MeditationMonday, etc. Some people might prefer to do a FriendshipFriday where they can write about someone who meant a lot to them this week or has been a friend to them or any loved one in general, or a FollowFriday for those who prefer.
Theres tons of options and Im sure a ton of listeners have opinions and would love to opt-in.
I still firmly believe in a daily challenge hash-tag.

Thank you for the mention! I think it is a great idea to have multiple hashtags for people dealing with different things in their lives. I hope I can make more wonderful hashtags and posts so I can help people who are having a bad day!

Tons of excellent suggestions. Perhaps we can do a rotation and make it a monthly thing where each friday or monday etc we pick a different one
Week 1: fantastic friday
week 2: friendship friday
week 3: so on and so forth
or we can all vote to come to a conclusive decision but i still believe in individuality and due to different categories such as anxiety, depression, lgbtq, people may have different challenges.

I personally feel more comfortable with a weekly themed challenge than with a daily one. It's just easier for me to really reflect on the given topic, plus constant switching is more troublesome for me (I'm a bit forgetful creature). I feel more at peace if I don't have to remember and track the schedule of all of the various challenges every day. But it's just me ^^
Btw, I'm impressed with all the great updates in our community (feed, hashtags, connect cards, etc.). You are doing an amazing work, thank you!
What about #FunFriday - 3 things you did this week or intend to do next week that were just to let loose and have fun
examples: dancing around the house....playing with pets...just being a goofball generally :)
Personally Im a huge movie lover and I think #FlixFriday would be awesome and fun for other movie lovers out there.

A lot of us do take new chats on a regular basis. I dont know how I feel so much about that one. Theres also the possibility of TunesTuesday for those who love music and use it as a coping methods or a kind of therapy. Music is very therapeutic after all. Again so many awesome suggestions.
Ok. I'll stop making suggestions, I get the point.
