I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.

It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be

you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.

and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.

I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.

if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

Hope you are liking all the cute cat pictures! [v] here is your next clue, where can you introduce yourself if you're new to the subcommunity this month?

I have been self harm free for almost a year now. The bad part about that is lately I've been getting really bad urges. I'm trying my hardest not to do it again. I'm trying to keep positive, I want good things to come my way.

I got up to 69 days, now I'm back down to 1 day. Yesterday was not a good day. But today is better, all we can do is keep moving forward. smiley

That's a fantastic attitude, @Peachsicle. The main thing is that you're accepting of a setback and back on the horse. Good on you!

It's okay @Spaceboots123. One minute at a time. One hour at a time. You're seeking support and doing the right thing.

Good on you!

I was self-harm free for about 6 months because I was too lazy to buy razors at the drug store. I regret starting in the first place because I cling to my blades. I mean i carry around anything that could remotely cut me i.e pins, sharpener, razor blade and panic when I can't find my razor.

I've given up ever being clean because I just pick up my blades whenever. Sometimes I don't even know that I'm doing it until I've felt somethibg sting. I used to be allergic to metal but my body got used to it after a while.
