how long have you been self harm free? (possible trigger warning: SH)
I've seen this sort of thing on a couple of other sites.
It's to put your accomplishments, relapses or anything you want it to be
you could post every day if you need to or once a month, no accomplishments too small.
and if you relapse, you are strong. and you can do this.
I will try get back to as many people as I can and if you need message me on here.
if this doesn't work oh well, but id like to see it work.

I haven't cut for 57 days (yay!)
but I haven't hurt myself in other ways for 7 days (yay?)
The last time I cut was on April 21, 2016
It's been a long time for me. My daughter was about a year old, and now she's going on 13. I do think about it sometimes when I'm really depressed.

and I'm getting stronger with every passing day that I don't, the urge does become less and it's a great feeling to be clean.

My overall goal now is to reach 100 days clean, and if I can manage it my social worker has said that we can think of something to celebrate which really has me pushing above and beyond!

I'm over 3 years prob closer to 3 and a half years without harming and the beautiful thing my scars healed so well sometimes you have to really look to see them. Its possible to stop hard but possible
I am so proud of everyone's work and commitment not to self-harm. It's a hard thing to break away from! I'm so proud of you all!
Personally I am at about 3 months. :)
